It is suitable for assembling symmetric, invariable section, variable section H-beam. First the 3 groups of mechanical manipulator of input conveyor align web and flanges roughly. Then hydraulic-driven in-phase clamping and aligning units align work-piece of different spec. automatically without the need of adjustment. PLC controls the whole process as spot weld, travel, seam length and interval length with easy operation and high productivity.
